TechFix Craft is a local repair shop at 1420 9 Ave SE #15, Calgary, AB T2G 0T5. This page explains what we collect when you use our website and book a repair, and what we do with it.

What we collect
When you book a repair on our website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your device type and the issue
- Any details you choose to add
We also see general site usage, such as which pages are visited, through Google Analytics.
Why we collect it
We use your booking details to reply to you, schedule your repair and update you about it. We do not use it for anything else.
Who handles your information
- TechFix Craft receives and uses your booking details.
- Netlify stores the booking form submissions.
- EmailJS delivers the booking notification email to us.
- Google Analytics measures site usage.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts used on this site.
After you book, you can choose to send us a pre-filled message through WhatsApp. That is optional and you send it yourself.
We do not sell your information
We never sell your information or share it for marketing.
Your device
We only access what is needed to complete the repair.
Your choices
You can ask to see or delete the information we hold about you by emailing techfixcraft@gmail.com.

We handle personal information in line with Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and Alberta’s PIPA.
